Why bind certified translations?

Certified translations are bound to the original document, copy or to the certified copy. The binding is necessary, as it is an official document, identical to the original, and has the same value. The translation must be attached to the document, because only in this way it can be ensured that the translation is identical to the original, that it is not used improperly (the translation is not switched with any other translation). Moreover, the sworn court translator is in no way different from the notary, who must obey the law.
